Introduction to Trezor® Suite
Trezor® Suite is the official desktop and browser interface for your Trezor® Hardware Wallet. It provides a unified platform to access, manage, and secure your crypto assets. The Suite ensures privacy by keeping all sensitive data and private keys inside your hardware wallet — meaning they never touch your computer or the internet.
Getting Started via trezor.io/start
Begin your Trezor® journey at trezor.io/start. This is the official onboarding portal for both Trezor® Model T and Trezor® One. The page guides you through firmware installation, wallet setup, and downloading the Trezor® Suite App and Bridge.
- Go to trezor.io/start.
- Download the Trezor® Suite for Windows, macOS, or Linux.
- Install the Trezor® Bridge to enable communication between your browser and wallet.
- Connect your device using an authentic USB cable.
Using the Trezor® Suite App
The Trezor® Suite App offers real-time portfolio tracking, easy account switching, and advanced privacy tools. With its intuitive design, users can send or receive coins, label transactions, and manage firmware updates with ease. For offline access, the desktop version provides additional stability and control.
Trezor® Wallet Login & Bridge Setup
Once your device is connected, use the Trezor® Wallet Login within the Suite to access your crypto dashboard. If you encounter “Unable to login Trezor®” or “Trezor® Login not working”, the issue typically stems from missing or outdated Trezor® Bridge. Always ensure the Bridge is up-to-date by downloading the latest version from the official site.
Troubleshooting Login & Connection Errors
Connection or login failures are common due to system or browser conflicts. Here’s how to fix them:
- Check USB connection and try a different cable or port.
- Reinstall Trezor® Bridge Download from the official site.
- Disable conflicting browser extensions or antivirus temporarily.
- Ensure your Trezor® firmware matches the latest version.
- Restart your PC and relaunch Trezor® Suite.
If you see messages such as “Error Connecting Trezor® Account” or “Can't verify Trezor® Wallet”, these are typically solved by updating both Suite and Bridge.
Trezor® Account Recovery & 2FA Reset
Lost your wallet or forgot your access credentials? Don’t worry — you can restore your Trezor® Wallet using the 12 or 24-word recovery seed phrase you created during setup. Remember, Trezor® never stores your recovery seed or password, ensuring full user sovereignty. For 2FA resets, follow platform-specific steps since Trezor® does not directly handle two-factor authentication.
Trezor® Suite App Not Working?
If the app freezes or won’t open, follow these steps:
- Uninstall and reinstall the Trezor® Suite App.
- Update your operating system and security permissions.
- Try accessing the web version of the Suite for quick fixes.
- Contact the Trezor® Help Center if the issue persists.
